Calendly

Ody sends clients a booking link so they choose a time themselves, then drops it on your calendar.

What you can ask

Send Priya my consultation booking link.

Which Calendly bookings came in this week?

Block Friday so nobody can book it.

Find the link for 30-minute calls.

Tell Morgan to choose a slot next week.

Check whether Dan booked his estimate.

How it runs

Give a lead the right link

Text Ody that Priya needs a 30-minute consultation next week. Ody finds the matching Calendly event type, checks the link, and drafts a short message with what to expect. The recipient, wording, and booking link come back to Apple Messages. You approve the message before Ody sends it. The link remains unchanged until then.

Check who booked

Ask whether Dan chose a time for his estimate. Ody checks Calendly for his name and email, finds the scheduled slot, and returns the day, time, and event type. If he has not booked, Ody prepares a brief reminder with the correct link and waits for your approval before sending.

Close a day to bookings

Tell Ody that Friday is no longer available. Ody reviews the Calendly schedule and connected availability, then prepares the block and identifies any booking already on that day. You get the proposed change in Messages. Nothing changes until you approve the block or choose different hours. Existing clients are not moved automatically.

See how a whole week comes together on the use cases page.

How Calendly works with your other apps

Ody carries the details between the tools you already use. You stay in Apple Messages and approve every client-facing action.
