Terms of service

Last updated July 12, 2026

These are the terms between you and Ody, an iMessage-based assistant for people running a business, operated by Arnas Stasiulis, a sole proprietor in Lithuania. They are short because we mean them.

Using Ody

Ody is a working assistant that lives in your Messages app: it answers, remembers, schedules, and acts through the services you connect to it. You need to be at least 18 and using Ody for your work or business. You are responsible for what you ask Ody to do on your behalf, the same as with any assistant.

Plans, credits, and availability

Paid plans grant usage credits, which Ody spends as it works for you. Ody needs an active subscription and available credits to keep working; when either runs out, the service pauses and tells you how to continue. Your data stays put while the service is paused, whether you come back in a week or a year.

Refunds

Not for you? Email us within 14 days of a purchase and we will refund it. After 14 days, billing periods already started are not prorated.

Acceptable use

You may not use Ody to:

  • break the law or help anyone else break it;
  • abuse, overload, or misuse the third-party services you connect through Ody;
  • harass people or send them messages they clearly do not want.

We can suspend accounts that do these things, and we will.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party service, Ody acts on it under your authority and their rules. Their terms keep applying to your accounts with them; connecting them to Ody does not change that.

The service is provided as is

We run Ody to be fast and reliable, and we do not promise perfection. Ody is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Where the law does not allow that limitation, it applies to the fullest extent the law does allow.

Ending things

You can stop any time: cancel from your billing page, and ask us to delete your account whenever you want. We can end service for accounts that violate these terms. Account deletion removes your conversation history.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you over the channel you already use with Ody before the change applies. Continuing to use Ody after that means you accept the update.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law and subject to Lithuanian jurisdiction.
