Ody works by reading and writing your messages, so you deserve a plain answer about what we keep and why. This page is that answer. Ody is operated by Arnas Stasiulis, a sole proprietor in Lithuania.

Information we process

  • Phone number. Your phone number is your account. We use it to verify you and to know which conversations are yours.
  • Conversation messages. Ody reads your messages to do its job and keeps them so it remembers what you talked about yesterday. That memory is the product.
  • Business profile information. Whatever you tell Ody about you and your business, it keeps so you never have to repeat yourself.
  • Usage and analytics events. We record which features get used, through PostHog in the EU. Message bodies are never in these events.
  • Payment information. Stripe handles every payment. Your card number never touches our systems.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not use your messages for advertising. We do not read your conversations out of curiosity; a human looks only when you ask for help with a specific problem.

How we use information

Everything above serves one purpose: making Ody work for you. That means identifying your account, delivering messages, remembering your context between conversations, running the integrations you connect, processing your subscription, and understanding which parts of the product earn their keep.

Service providers

Ody runs on the following providers, each receiving only what its job requires:

  • Photon for iMessage delivery
  • Stripe for payments
  • Twilio for phone verification
  • Vercel for hosting
  • Neon for database services
  • Fly.io for the agent runtime
  • Composio for the integrations you explicitly connect
  • ElevenLabs for voice-note transcription
  • PostHog EU for product analytics
  • Model providers reached through our gateway, which process message content to generate replies

Retention and account deletion

We keep your conversation history so Ody stays useful. If your subscription lapses or your credits run out, the service pauses but nothing is deleted: renew a week or a year later and Ody picks up where you left off. Deleting your account is different and final; it removes your conversation history.

Your choices

Email us for a copy of your information or to delete your account. Both requests are honored, not negotiated.
