How it runs
Prepare a payment link
Text Ody that Henderson owes a $2,400 project deposit. Ody prepares the Stripe payment link with the amount and job reference, then drafts a short client message. You receive the recipient, amount, link, and wording in Apple Messages. Ody sends the request only after you check and approve it. The amount stays explicit throughout review.
Check an invoice status
Ask whether Dan paid invoice 84. Ody checks Stripe for the matching invoice and returns the amount, current status, and payment date if one exists. If it is still open, Ody can prepare a factual reminder with the payment link. You approve that reminder before anything goes to Dan. No payment status is changed.
Review this week’s payments
Ask Ody what arrived since Monday. Ody checks Stripe, groups successful payments by client and amount, and separates refunds or failed attempts so the total is clear. The summary comes back in Messages. Choose an unpaid item and Ody prepares the next action for your approval. The source records remain available to check.
