How it runs

The setup stays in Apple Messages. Ody prepares the work in your connected apps, shows you what will change, and waits for your approval before anything reaches another person.

  1. Step 1

    Name the invoices to check

    Text Ody to find every unpaid invoice, or name one client and invoice number. Ody checks the connected payment and accounting apps, separates due-soon work from overdue balances, and brings the amounts and dates back to Apple Messages.

  2. Step 2

    Review each reminder

    Ody prepares a factual message for each overdue invoice. The draft names the invoice, amount, missed date, and one next action. You can change the wording, remove a reminder, or ask Ody to use a different deadline.

  3. Step 3

    Approve and track the reply

    Nothing sends until you approve it. After approval, Ody sends the reminder and watches for a reply or recorded payment. If the client promises Friday, Ody keeps that date and brings the invoice back if Friday passes unpaid.
