How it runs

Turn notes into a scope

Send Ody your Patterson notes, room measurements, and agreed exclusions. Ody structures them in Google Docs as a plain scope with sections for work, materials, timing, and what is not included. The draft comes back for review in Messages. You can correct any detail before approving the document. Nothing is shared during that review.

Prepare a client quote

Tell Ody the labor, materials, total price, and 14-day terms. Ody creates a Google Docs quote using the client and job details you provide, then checks that the amounts are present. It sends you the draft link and a summary. You approve the document before Ody prepares it for the client.

Update a handover document

After the job, text Ody the warranty date and care notes. Ody finds the existing Google Docs handover file, adds the new details in the right sections, and reports what changed. The updated wording comes back to Apple Messages for review. Nothing is shared with the client until you approve it.
