How it runs
Back up a finished job
Send Ody the final Kings Road photos and job name. Ody finds the correct Dropbox folder, checks the files, and prepares dated names that keep the set together. It shows you the destination and file list in Messages. You approve the backup before Ody adds anything to the folder. Existing files remain untouched during review.
Find the right invoice
Ask Ody for the Patterson invoice saved in Dropbox. Ody searches the client folder, compares invoice names and dates, and returns the matching file with its location. If there are revised copies, it lists them for you. You choose the version before Ody prepares it for sharing. No version is deleted or replaced.
Hand over the project
Tell Ody the Miller job is complete and Morgan needs the folder. Ody checks the Dropbox contents for the agreed photos, warranty, and sign-off, then prepares a share link for Morgan. You receive the file list and recipient in Messages. Ody shares the folder only after your approval. Current folder access stays unchanged until then.
